METRO is launching a new phone system Wednesday, May 20. No interruptions of phone services are expected. The new phone system offers a streamlined way to queue calls, including incoming customer service calls. METRO is currently experiencing a high volume of customer service calls, so some callers may experience longer hold times. Please note that most rider questions can be answered by viewing information at rrmetro.org and by downloading the free METROtrack app (and looking for active service alerts in the app under the Service Alerts sub-menu). Finally, riders can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and get questions answered during administrative hours.
