Due to high traffic associated with the start of the school year, our vendor is experiencing higher than normal latency with their real-time arrival information feed, which powers the METROtrack app and the Find My Ride bus and streetcar tracking maps on Users may notice intermittent performance of the app and slow response times. Our vendor is aware of the issue and their team is currently working to resolve the issue.
