There is a shortage of vehicles in service in the METRO Connect East North Little Rock Zone Thursday, Sept. 26. Beginning at 6 p.m., there will be a shortage of vehicles in service in the John Barrow Road Zone, and beginning at 7 p.m., there will be a shortage of vehicles in service in the East Little Rock Zone. Please be advised that this could mean that if demand surpasses capacity, riders will not be able to book a ride within these zones. The Via-powered METRO Connect ride-booking system will not book ride requests if a ride cannot be assigned within 45 minutes of the initial request. Instead, the system will prompt riders to try to schedule another ride in 15 minutes or so.
