METRO Links Eligibility

METRO Links riders are certified as paratransit-eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and have access to origin-to-destination bus service to and from locations that are within three-quarters of a mile from a non-express fixed bus route. The service is available to persons with disabilities whose disabilities prevent them from riding fixed-route buses. Eligibility for METRO Links paratransit service is determined by Rock Region METRO through a confidential application process that requires applicants and their preferred licensed health care provider to file a completed application with the agency. Download a 12-point font METRO Links service application form here or an 18-point font application here. A large-print Spanish-language version of this application is available here.

To check whether an origin or destination location is within the METRO Links paratransit service area, which is in areas of Little Rock or North Little Rock only, view and download the METRO Links service area map here. The paratransit service area is in yellow.
