METRO Links Eligibility

METRO Links riders are certified as paratransit-eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and have access to origin-to-destination bus service to and from locations that are within three-quarters of a mile from a non-express fixed bus route. The service is available to persons with disabilities whose disabilities prevent them from riding fixed-route buses. Eligibility for METRO Links paratransit service is determined by Rock Region METRO through a confidential application process that requires applicants and their preferred licensed health care provider to file a completed application with the agency. Download a 12-point font METRO Links service application form here or an 18-point font application here.
