Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Goal

Rock Region METRO has prepared its recommended Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program goal for submission to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration (FTA) on Aug. 1, 2023. METRO’s recommended DBE program goal for USDOT-assisted contracts for federal fiscal years 2024-2026 is 2.6 percent. We calculated this goal by examining future spending and the number of ready, willing and able businesses that provide services typically needed on relevant projects.
