Download the Free METRO Connect – Rock Region App to Make Microtransit Ride Requests

The new METRO Connect – Rock Region microtransit software system, powered by Via, replaced the former Transloc system, which is no longer operational for METRO Connect microtransit trips. As announced prior to the launch, the Via system doesn’t allow advanced bookings and will not allow riders to book trips when they have not yet completed an active trip.
