Rock Region METRO is experiencing staff and rider METRO Connect software outages Monday, Oct. 20 tied to a global Amazon Web Services outage. METRO Connect software connectivity is intermittent and causing ride tracking and scheduling problems for the METRO staff and riders. Our microtransit software vendor, Via, is aware and is working to correct the issue. We appreciate your patience as we work through this problem.
