Service Hours of Operation

METRO Links operates Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-9:15 p.m., Saturday, 5 a.m.-5:15 p.m. and Sunday, 8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m.

Monday – Friday 5:00 a.m. – 9:15 p.m.
Saturday 5:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Sunday 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Service Area

Before requesting a trip, please make sure the origin and destination locations are within the METRO Links service area. Download the METRO Links service area map here.

Requesting a Trip

Once your eligibility for METRO Links service has been established, you may use the free METRO Links mobile app, called METRO Links, or call 501-375-6717 to request a trip reservation. Riders may make trip reservations at least one day in advance and up to three days in advance of the requested trip date.

Links riders can now schedule paratransit trips directly from their smartphone! The METRO Links app allows riders to add notes for drivers, store frequent pickup and drop-off locations and share trip details with loved ones. In addition to booking features, the app can also show riders where their ride is in real-time and provide update notifications for scheduled trips.

To begin using the mobile app, contact the METRO Links department at 501-375-6717 Menu Option 1 to provide your email address and begin the account setup process.

You will receive a link to create your password. Once your password is created, close the web browser and open the app to log in.

METRO Links ride scheduling hours via phone:

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Dial 501-375-6717 and press/select 1 for the METRO Links department. METRO Links ride scheduling hours via phone are Monday-Sunday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. If no one is available to take your call, please leave your name, phone number and a brief message on the answering machine. The next available scheduler will return your call as soon as possible. Links calls are answered Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday 5 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (Please note these times are different than ride-scheduling hours.) If calling outside of regular scheduling hours, customers may submit trip requests or cancellations using the METRO Links app or by leaving a message on the voicemail system.

Cancelling a Trip

If your plans change, please call METRO Links at 501-375-6717 the day before your scheduled pick-up time. This will allow METRO Links to schedule additional passengers that may need transportation during your scheduled time. Please familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy located in the METRO Links Customer Handbook.

Maintaining Your METRO Links Photo ID, Which Expires Every Three Years at Maximum

METRO Links photo IDs expire every three years at maximum. Recertification forms are mailed to METRO Links riders two months in advance of riders’ card expiration dates in order to allow maximum time for riders to provide updated information from their health care providers.
