Once you’ve ordered your Little Rock and North Little Rock transit passes online, your passes will be mailed to you within 24 business hours. (This does not mean they will reach you in 24 hours; it means they will be processed within 24 business hours.) Please note: METRO Links physical passes may not be mailed; purchasers may either pick them up at the Links office during normal business hours or may opt to have the passes brought to them by their Links driver on their next available trip. Please also note that pass orders can only be fulfilled during normal administration office business hours. Our administration office is closed Saturdays and Sundays and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
