The new rrmetro.org home page features quick links for need-to-know rider information.

Rock Region recently debuted its new website, rrmetro.org, in anticipation of its soon-to-debut mobile app. The new website uses the same intelligent technology system that powers the app to provide live maps with real-time bus arrival information to riders. In addition, the site offers riders quick access to a trip planner, mobile app downloads, route schedules and maps, fare and pass information, an online store to buy passes, and alerts and other news. The site is fully responsive, meaning riders may find the same information designed to look consistent across a variety of devices, including smartphones and tablets.

“We are pleased to offer our riders a more streamlined website and mobile site,” said Jarod Varner, executive director. “This will greatly aid riders when it comes to planning their trips and making their commutes more convenient for their schedules. They are now able to use the mobile site to more easily view schedule information and track their buses.”

The website also features information about the agency’s MOVE Central Arkansas bus service improvement plan, rider stories and a blog that will cover a variety of transit topics.
