Monday, Jan. 20 Detours Service Alert

The following routes will be detoured Monday, Jan. 20 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. to accommodate the MLK Day Parade.

Route 2 South Main

Outbound: Regular route to Gaines St. & 32nd St., the bus will end the Outbound route at Gaines. St. & 32nd St. This means the bus will not serve the Gaines St. & 33rd St. stop.

Inbound: From Gaines St. & 32nd St., the bus will turn left onto 32nd St. and resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the Gaines St. & 33rd St. stop.

Route 3 Baptist Medical Center

Outbound: Regular route to Capitol Ave. & Chester St., the bus will turn left onto Chester St., right onto I-630 West, exit at Woodrow St. and turn right, right onto 7th St. and right onto Battery St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Capitol Ave. between Chester St. and Woodlane St., and the stops along 7th St.

Inbound: Regular route to Battery St. & 7th St., the bus will turn left onto 7th St., left onto Woodrow St., left onto I-630 East, exit at Chester St. and turn left, and right onto Capitol Ave. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 7th St., Woodlane St. and the stops along Capitol Ave. between Woodlane St. and Chester St.

Route 5 West Markham

Outbound: Regular route to 7th St. & Chester St., the bus will turn left onto Chester St., right onto I-630 West, exit at Woodrow St. and turn right to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 7th St. between Chester St. and Woodrow St.

Inbound: Regular route to Woodrow St. & 7th St., the bus will continue onto Woodrow St., turn left onto I-630 East, exit at Chester St. and turn left to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 7th St.

Route 11 MLK Drive

Outbound: Regular route to 7th St. & Chester St., the bus will turn left onto Chester St., right onto I-630 West, exit at Woodrow St. and turn right, right onto 7th St., right onto Battery St., left onto Wright Ave., and right onto Battery St. to resume its regular route beginning at Battery St. & 24th St., ending the Outbound route at 32nd St. & Bishop St. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 7th St. between Chester St. and Woodlane St., and the stops along MLK Drive, 24th St., Wolfe St. and 34th St.

Inbound: From 32nd St. & Bishop St., the bus will turn left onto 32nd St., right onto Wolfe St., left onto 29th St., right onto Battery St., left onto Wright Ave., right onto Battery St., left onto 7th St., left onto Woodrow St., left onto I-630 East, exit at Chester St. and turn left, and right onto 7th St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the 34th St. & MLK Drive stop, and the stops along MLK Drive and 7th St. between Woodlane St. & Chester St.

Route 14 Rosedale

Outbound: Regular route to Charles Bussey Ave. & Chester St., the bus will turn right onto Chester St., left onto I-630 West, exit at Woodrow St. and turn right, right onto 7th St., right onto Battery St., left onto Wright Ave., right onto Battery St. and right onto 21st St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Charles Bussey Ave. between Chester St. and Wolfe St., and along Wolfe St.

Inbound: Regular route to 21st St. & Battery St., the bus will turn left onto Battery St., left onto Wright Ave., right onto Battery St., left onto 7th St., left onto Woodrow St., left onto I-630 East, exit at Chester St. and turn right, and left onto Charles Bussey Ave. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the 21st St. & Wolfe St. stop and the stops along Charles Bussey Ave. between Wolfe St. and Chester St.

Route 16 UA-Little Rock

Outbound: Regular route to Wright Ave. & Chester St., the bus will turn right onto Chester St., left onto I-630 West, exit at Woodrow St. and turn right, right onto 7th St., right onto Battery St and right onto Wright Ave. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Wright Ave. between Chester St. and Battery St.

Inbound: Regular route to Wright Ave. & Battery St., the bus will  turn left onto Battery St., left onto 7th St., left onto Woodrow St., left onto I-630 East, exit at Chester St. and turn right, and left onto Wright Ave. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Wright Ave. between Battery St. and Chester St.
