Friday, May 2 Bus Detours Service Alert

The following routes will be detoured Friday, May 2 from 4-10 p.m. to accommodate the MacArthur Park 5K.

Route 6 Granite Mountain

Outbound: Regular route to 9^th St. & Main St., the bus will turn right onto Main St., left onto Roosevelt Road and right onto Springer Blvd. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the 9^th St. & Scott St. stop and the stops along Cumberland St., 11^th St., Commerce St., Daisy Bates Drive, Rock St., 21^st St. and Barber St.

Inbound: Regular route to Roosevelt Road & Vance St., the bus will continue onto Roosevelt Road, turn right onto Main St., right onto 7^th St. and left onto Scott St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Vance St., 21^st St., Rock St., Daisy Bates Drive, Commerce St., 11^th St. and Scott St. between 11^th St. and 7^th St.

Route 23 Baseline/Southwest

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Rock St., right onto Capitol Ave., left onto Cumberland St. and left onto I-630 East to I-30 West to resume its regular route.

Inbound: Regular route to I-30 East, the bus will exit at 9^th St., continue onto I-30 Frontage Road and turn left onto 4^th St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 9^th St. and Scott St.
