Rock Region METRO hereby gives public notice of its policy ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its transit service on the basis of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
If you believe you have been subjected to unequal treatment because of race, color or national origin, you have the right to file a formal complaint.
Complaints may be filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory action by mailing the complaint to Rock Region METRO, 901 Maple St., North Little Rock, AR 72114 or by calling 501-375-6717 or emailing info@rrmetro.org.

• Your name, address and how to contact you (telephone number, e-mail address, etc.)
• How, why, when and where you believe you were discriminated against. Include the location, names and contact information of any witnesses. If the alleged incident occurred on the bus, please provide the date, time of day, bus route and bus number.
• You must sign your letter of complaint.
