Saturday, March 1 Detours Service Alert

The following routes will be detoured Saturday, March 1 to accommodate the Little Rock Marathon and SoMardi Gras.

Accommodating the Little Rock Marathon:

Route 1 Pulaski Heights

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto 4th St., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at Woodrow St. and turn right, left onto Markham St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Capitol Ave., Center St., 2nd St., Victory St., 3rd St., Boone St. and Markham St.

Inbound: Regular route to Markham St. & Woodrow St., the bus will turn right onto Woodrow St., left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown and continue onto I-30 Frontage Road, turn left onto 4th St. and left onto Rock St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Markham St., Boone St., 3rd St. and 4th St.

Route 2 South Main

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Rock St., left onto Capitol Ave., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at Main St., continue on I-30 Frontage Road, turn left onto Louisiana St., left onto 17th St. and right onto Main St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Capitol Ave., Louisiana St., 9th St. and Main St.

Inbound: Regular route to Main St. & 17th St., the bus will turn right onto 17th St., left onto Scott St., right onto 12th St., left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown and continue on I-30 Frontage Road, and turn left onto 4th St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Main St. between 17th and 12th streets and the stops along Scott St.

Route 3 Baptist Medical Center

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto 4th St., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at MLK Drive and turn right, left onto 7th St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Capitol Ave.

Inbound: Regular route to 7th St. & MLK Drive, the bus will turn right onto MLK Drive, left onto I-630 service road, left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown and continue on I-30 Frontage Road, turn left onto 4th St. and left onto Cumberland St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Woodlane St. and Capitol Ave.

Route 5 West Markham

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto 4th St., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at MLK Drive and turn right, left onto 7th St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the Cumberland St. & 6ht St. and the stops along 6th St. and 7th St. between Arch St. and MLK Drive.

Inbound: Regular route to 7th St. & MLK Drive, the bus will turn right onto MLK Drive, left onto I-630 service road, left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown and continue on I-30 Frontage Road, turn left onto 4th St. and left onto Cumberland St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 7th St. between MLK Drive and Chester St., and the stops along Chester St. and 4th St.

Route 10 McCain Mall

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Cumberland St., right onto 4th St., left onto I-30 Frontage Road, onto I-30 East, exit at Broadway St. and turn left, left onto Poplar St., right onto Washington Ave. and right onto Main St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the Cumberland St. & 6th St. stop and the stops along Scott St.

Inbound: Regular route to Maple St. & Washington St., left onto Washington St., left onto Poplar St., right onto Broadway St., right onto Cypress St., left onto I-30 West, exit at downtown, turn right onto 4th St. and left onto Cumberland St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Scott St.

Route 11 MLK Drive

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto 4th St., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at MLK Drive and turn left to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the Cumberland St. & 6th St. stop, and the stops along 6th St. and 7th St.

Inbound: Regular route to MLK Drive & I-630 service road, the bus will turn right onto I-630 service road, left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown and continue on I-30 Frontage Road, turn left onto 4th St. and left onto Cumberland St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 7th St., Center St. and 4th St.

Route 13 Pulaski Tech

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Cumberland St., right onto 4th St., left onto I-30 Frontage Road onto I-30 East, exit at Broadway St. and turn left to resume its regular route beginning at W Broadway St. & Broadway St. This means the bus will not serve the Cumberland St. & 6th St. stop, and the stops along 6th St. and Broadway St.

Inbound: Regular route to W Broadway St. & Broadway St., the bus will continue onto W Broadway St., turn right onto Cypress St., left onto I-30 West, exit to downtown, turn right onto 4th St. and left onto Cumberland St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Broadway St. and 4th St.

Route 14 Rosedale

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto 4th St., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at Broadway St. and turn left to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve Cumberland St. & 6th St. stop, and the stops along 6th St. and Broadway St. between 6th and 11th streets.

Inbound: Regular route to Broadway St. & 12th St., the bus will turn right onto 12th St., left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown and continue on I-30 Frontage Road, turn left onto 4th St. and left onto Cumberland St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Broadway St. between 12th and 4th streets and the stops along 4th St.

Route 16 UA-Little Rock

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Rock St., left onto Capitol Ave., right onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto I-630 West, exit at Main St. and continue onto I-30 Frontage Road, left onto Louisiana St. and right onto 17th St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Capitol Ave., Louisiana St., 9th St. and Main St.

Inbound: Regular route to 17th St. & Main St., the bus will continue onto 17th St., turn left onto Scott St., right onto 12th St., left onto I-630 East, exit to downtown, continue onto I-30 Frontage Road and turn left onto 4th St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Main St. and Scott St.

Route 18 McAlmont

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Cumberland St., right onto 4th St., left onto I-30 Frontage Road onto I-30 East, exit at Broadway St. and turn left, left onto Poplar St. and left onto Washington Ave. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the Cumberland St. & 6th St. stop, the stops along Scott St. and the Washington Ave. & Main St. stop.

Inbound: Regular route to Washington Ave. & Main St., the bus will turn right onto Main St., right onto Broadway St., right onto Cypress St., left onto I-30 West, exit to downtown and turn right onto 4th St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Scott St.

Route 23 Baseline/Southwest

Outbound: From the travel center, the bus will turn right onto Rock St., left onto Capitol Ave., right onto I-30 Frontage Road and left onto I-30 West to resume its regular route.

Inbound: Regular route to I-30 Frontage Road & 9th St., the bus will continue onto I-30 Frontage Road and turn left onto 4th St. to the travel center. This means the bus will not serve the stops along 9th St. and Scott St.

Accommodating SoMardi Gras: 

Route 2 South Main

Outbound: Regular route to Main St. & I-630 West service road, the bus will turn right onto I-630 West service road, left onto Louisiana St., left onto 17th St. and right onto Main St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Main St. between 12th and 17th streets.

Inbound: Regular route to Main St. & 17th St., the bus will turn right onto 17th St. and left onto Scott St. to resume its regular route beginning at Scott St. & 12th St. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Main St. between 17th and 12th streets.

Route 16 UA-Little Rock

Outbound: Regular route to Main St. & I-630 West service road, the bus will turn right onto I-630 West service road, left onto Louisiana St. and right onto 17th St. to resume its regular route. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Main St. between 12th and 17th streets.

Inbound: Regular route to 17th St. & Main St., the bus will continue onto 17th St. and turn left onto Scott St. to resume its regular route at Scott St. & 12th St. This means the bus will not serve the stops along Main St. between 17th and 12th streets.
