There is a shortage of vehicles in service in the METRO Connect East North Little Rock Zone and East Little Rock Zone Thursday, June 5. There will also be a shortage of vehicles in the Conway Zone from approximately 3-4 p.m. Please be advised that this could mean that if demand surpasses capacity, riders will not be able to book a ride within these zones. The Via-powered METRO Connect ride-booking system will not book ride requests if a ride cannot be assigned within 45 minutes of the initial request. Instead, the system will prompt riders to try to schedule another ride in 15 minutes or so.
